Arrived at Heathrow Airport as scheduled, took our time to travel from the airport to Cherie's because we didnt want to make mistakes with all the buses and tubes.
Gave Cherie quite a scare because we took almost 3 hours for a probably 1 hour journey.
Lugging my luggage around was not easy. My luggage wasnt that heavy but it was three quarter my height so lifting it up was a little bit of a challenge when my elbow could only bend that much to support that weight.
Lillian's luggage was not that easy either because it was very old school and had only two wheels behind. you sort of had to diagonally lift it up to a 45 degree angle and literally drag (not pull) it along.
- First few night's stay in Cherie's very very pretty apartment in Rotherhithe. Shared by her other 2 housemates.
the super fun spiral staircase leading up to their balcony
the amazing view from the balcony (also visible from the room window that Lillian and I slept in. so so so breathtaking. Quite an amazing start.

- Lunch at Bill's, Covent Garden. We loved it so much we went back again later on in our trip but unfortunately missed the breakfast menu we so loved.

- Victoria & Albert Museum
- Tea time. Crepe's at South Kensington.
- Canary Wharf. The sight of men and women all suited up in blazers during lunch hour was overwhelming yet very very appealing.
